Are BTS fans bad for Kpop?

OK before you go on a witch hunt i want to stress that BTS are not the issue.Their big fandom is called ARMY standing for a convoluted way to spell army.If you are new and don't know who BTS is here is a link to one of their songs. The recommended page will dig your grave deeper afterward.

Now BTS debuted in 2013 a time where new groups didn't really exist yet as they do now.The closest competitor they had was B.A.P until they didn't.Now Kpop has been around for much longer than 2013.And in the fandoms and industry we split them into generations.

An example of a 1st generation idol is S.E.S or Milk.

A second generation idol are BIGBANG and 2NE1.

And a third generation idol is someone like Gfriend and BTS.

The issues come when thrid generation fans be it BTS fans or TWICE fans go and disrespect the people who paid for their training housed them paid the company's bills and promoted the company and gave them marketing umph to debut at a higher level for which their predecessor had to work for.
This gets overlooked and under appreciated constantly in these new fans.Who are obsessed with view counts and overseas promotions.

Can this be fixed?

I don't think so.With the nature of Kpop and the constantly changing popularity of groups. The influx of new fans only familiar with the hot new thing like most ARMY proclaiming to know Kpop and everything around it.Preaching to the choir about their favorite artist and hurting the positive image of the industry. This is one fact of live we must learn to live with.Hopefully one day BTS fans will see the same thing happen to their idols and finally get the issue at hand.
